I designed the 2024–2025 Caltrans IT Annual Performance Report as an independent contractor for Delegata. My work covered the report’s visual design, page layouts, and production, from the early cover concepts through the final publication.
Organizing the report
The report grouped IT initiatives under Stability, Efficiency, and Innovation. I used a distinct color for each category, with consistent headings, icons, footers, and page numbering to help readers navigate the material.
I developed layouts for the table of contents, CIO letter, and interior pages, then revised the report through multiple rounds of text changes. The project team supplied the report’s written content.
