The central panel pairs Dr. Cynthia Delores Tucker and Grace Nicholas with the Albertus L. Meyers Bridge and a historic city map. Surrounding panels feature the Farr Building, a railroad station, the Liberty Bell story, and scenes of children learning in the community. An English-and-Spanish mural key identifies the imagery and provides historical context.
